I believe every one of us carries a deep well of inner knowing.
It's our most natural resource. Our innate way of being. It flows on the frequency of our own core essence, our spirit — not the loudest voice in the room, but the clearest one. Our grounded sense of true north.
It's always been there.
We just were never really taught about it. How to find it. How to trust it. How to let it lead.
We come from a culture that loves the mind and the provable. We were taught to look outward for the answers. So our intuition got buried, a little more every year, under the noise. The advice. The old story on repeat.
I took a hero's journey to reclaim mine, and I am ready to share what I wish I knew decades ago.
Saturday, August 29 · 9–11am PST, we're doing exactly that.
Two hours, live, together. We'll get quiet enough to actually feel that well of knowing you've been carrying around your whole life (yes, it's already in you — promise). We'll play with what it feels like to trust the whisper before the mind chimes in with its opinion. Body, breath, a little guided listening, maybe some surprises.
You don't need any experience with this. You don't need to believe you're "intuitive." You just need to be a little curious about what's already true in you.

About the Salon
The Saturday Salon is a monthly(ish) private event. It’s two-hours, on zoom, of time just for you to explore and play. It's not a class, and it's not a webinar. It's a live, experiential gathering — somatic practice, intuitive work, presence, and a whole lot of play — built around a different theme each month. Sometimes creativity. Sometimes intuition. Sometimes whatever's most alive in me that I can't wait to bring to the group.
There's something delicious about exploring big questions and meaningful moments in real community — together, surrounded by people just as curious as you.
Here's what I know to be true: there is great beauty in the journey of self-discovery — play, joy, depth, meaning, and expansion, too. Through exploration and clearing the pathway, we bring our light into the world. Every one of us has big, gorgeous light to offer. And the world needs it. The full, unfiltered expression of who you actually are.
The Salon is where that self-discovery gets to happen — in good company.
What To Expect
The exact experience is shaped by the group that comes together. Which is intentional. This is an experiential gathering. You'll connect with yourself and others. Be prepared to get out of your mind and into your body. To interact, engage, and be invited to step into your spirit. You’ll get out of your comfort zone and into something alive. Oh, and definitely play.
Come ready to be surprised.
What You'll Need
Register below to hold your spot. We'll be creating an energetic container together, so come with your full presence — camera on, phone away, dedicated and focused for our time together. Give yourself the gift of space and time.
If something comes up and you can't attend live, I'll send along a recording of my guidance. Please note: out of respect for everyone's privacy, the recording won't include the group experience or personal sharing.
